Biological Activity
H-Phe(3-tBu)-OH (compound 68) (200 μM; 3 min) hydrochloride strongly inhibits [3H]-gabapentin uptake via LAT1 in Doxycycline (HY-N0565)/Sodium Butyrate-induced TREx HEK-hLAT1 cells[1].
H-Phe(3-tBu)-OH H-Phe(3-tBu)-OH acts as a weak substrate of LAT1[1].
