Surface Plasmon Resonance Array
Definition:
Surface Plasmon Resonance Array is used to screen hundreds to thousands of biomolecules (such as small molecules, peptides, proteins, sugars, lipids, nucleic acids, and their fragments) for their binding capabilities. These molecules are spotted onto gold-coated chips to form ordered arrays, and binding rates, dissociation rates, and affinity constants for complex formation are directly measured using unlabeled samples.
