Flusulfinam (0.94-30 g a.i. ha^-1) exhibits strong herbicidal activity against barnyardgrass (Echinochloa crus-galli), inducing leaf chlorosis and plant death, with a GR₅₀ value of 3.7235 ± 0.7995 g a.i. ha^-1^[1].
Flusulfinam (25 mg/L) reduces the chlorophyll content in Spirodela polyrhiza^[1].
Flusulfinam potently inhibits the catalytic activity of recombinant Arabidopsis thaliana HPPD in vitro, with an IC₅₀ of 0.0181 ± 0.0021 μM, which is 16 times more potent than Mesotrione^[1].
Foliar application of Flusulfinam inhibits the growth of Digitaria sanguinalis, with an EC₅₀ of 21.91 mg/L^[2].
