Quazinone
Quazinone is a selective inhibitor of cGMP-inhibited-phosphodiesterase (cGI-PDE, PDE3). Quazinone inhibits the phosphorylation of p42/p44 MAP kinase. Quazinone possesses antimitogenic effect .
