S 1592
S 1592 is a compound with bronchodilatory and anti-allergic properties. S 1592 significantly suppresses cough caused by respiratory chemical or mechanical stimulation or superior laryngeal nerve electrical stimulation, without affecting gastrointestinal motility, and has low acute toxicity. S 1592 can be used for research on allergic diseases.
