KRAS G12C inhibitor 69 inhibits the ERK phosphorylation in NCI-H358 and MIA-PACA-2 with an IC50 of 12 nM and 7 nM. KRAS G12C inhibitor 69 inhibits the proliferation of cancer cell NCI-H358 and MIA-PACA-2 with IC50 of 3.15 nM and 2.33 nM.
