Mannose-PEG1000-COOH
Mannose-PEG1000-COOH is a conjugate composed of mannose, PEG chains, and carboxyl groups (COOH). Mannose-PEG-COOH combines the targeting recognition ability of mannose with the carboxyl group, which can undergo condensation or esterification reactions with amino and hydroxyl groups, for applications such as targeted drug delivery systems and nanoparticle modification.

Biological Activity
The structure of Mannose-PEG-COOH contains three key parts, which work synergistically:
Mannose: As a targeting navigator, it can specifically recognize and bind to "mannose receptors" on the cell surface.
PEG chain: As a hydrophilic spacer, it forms a hydration layer on the particle surface, reducing non-specific adsorption and immune system recognition and clearance, thus prolonging the carrier's circulation time in vivo.
Carboxyl group (-COOH): Located at the end of the PEG chain, it is a reaction interface capable of condensation or esterification reactions with amino groups, hydroxyl groups, etc.
