Mannose-PEG2000-NH2
Mannose-PEG2000-NH2 is composed of mannose, PEG chains, and terminal amino groups (–NH2). Mannose-PEG-NH2 combines the targeting recognition ability of mannose with the chemical modifiability of amino groups, making it suitable for applications such as targeted drug delivery systems and nanoparticle modification.

Biological Activity
The structure of Mannose-PEG-NH2 contains three key parts that work synergistically:
Mannose: As a targeting navigator, it can specifically recognize and bind to "mannose receptors" on the cell surface.
PEG chain: As a hydrophilic spacer arm, it forms a hydration layer on the particle surface, reducing non-specific adsorption and immune system recognition and clearance, thus prolonging the carrier's circulation time in vivo.
-NH2: The reaction interface located at the end of the PEG chain, it can chemically react with specific groups (such as carboxyl groups, activated esters, etc.) on the surface of drug molecules, proteins, antibodies, or nanoparticles, thereby achieving drug loading.
