Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
N-(3-Aminopropyl)cyclohexylamine (100 µM, 3 days) reduces the intracellular spermine content, increases the spermidine content, and decreases glucose-induced insulin secretion in cell Beta-TC6[3].
N-(3-Aminopropyl)cyclohexylamine (100 µM, 5-8 days) promotes lipid accumulation and GPDH activity in preadipocytes, and inhibits lipid accumulation in mature adipocytes[4].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
