Pleionoside G (compound 7) at 10 μM shows no cytotoxicity against HepG2 cells; it exhibits no hepatoprotective activity against APAP-induced HepG2 cell injury; and it has no antioxidant activity against H2O2-induced cytotoxicity in SK-N-SH cells[1].
