In Vitro

PRO-F (20 μM; 0-500s) can be activated by light activation (365 nm) time-dependently, λex=530 nm, λem=676 nm[1].
PRO-F (20 μM; 5 min, 10 min, 15 min) produces red fluorescent signal in NDF and HaCaT cells[1].
