QPX7728-OH disodium (compound 13) is a boronic acid β-lactamase inhibitor, exacted from WO2018005662A1, compound 13. QPX7728-OH disodium inhibits cleavage of Nitrocefin (HY-108913) by purified class A, C and D enzymes, with Kis less than 0.1 µΜ[1].

In Vitro

QPX7728-OH disodium potentiates Aztreonam (HY-B0129) and Tigemonam (HY-U00380) against strains expressing class A and class C enzymes, with MICs≤5 µg/mL. QPX7728-OH disodium potentiates Biapenem (HY-13573) against strains expressing class A (KPC) or class D (OXA-48) carbapenemases, with MICs≤5 µg/mL[1].
