CDKL2 Protein, Human (sf9, His)
Cyclin-dependent kinase-like 2 (CDKL2), is a member of the CDC2-related serine/threonine protein kinase family. CDKL2 is tightly associated with tumor progression and is a regulator of epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT). CDKL2 also plays a role in cognitive functions, emotion, and neurological disorders. CDKL2 Protein, Human (sf9, His) is the recombinant human-derived CDKL2 protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with N-His labeled tag.

Biological Activity
Cyclin-dependent kinase-like 2 (CDKL2), is a member of the CDC2-related serine/threonine protein kinase family. CDKL2 is tightly associated with tumor progression and is a regulator of epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT). CDKL2 also plays a role in cognitive functions, emotion, and neurological disorders[1][2]. CDKL2 Protein, Human (sf9, His) is the recombinant human-derived CDKL2 protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with N-His labeled tag.
Cyclin-dependent kinase-like 2 (CDKL2), also known as P56 and KKIAMRE, is a member of the CDC2-related serine/threonine protein kinase family. CDKL2 is tightly associated with tumor progression, such as prostate cancer, breast cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), glioma, and gastric cancer[1]. In addition, CDKL2 is a regulator of epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and can enhance mesenchymal traits and stem-cell like phenotypes of breast cancer cells[2]. CDKL2 also plays a role in cognitive functions, emotion, and neurological disorders[1].
