Biological Activity
RhlR agonist-1 (Compound S4) (100 nM-1 mM) potently activates RhlR in recombinant E. coli JLD271 with an EC50 of 2.8 μM, inducing 91% of the maximum RhlR activity seen with the native ligand BHL at 100 μM[1].
RhlR agonist-1 potently activates RhlR in P. aeruginosa PAO-JP2 with an EC50 of 4.5 μM, inducing 105% of the maximum RhlR activity seen with the native ligand BHL at 100 μM[1].
