(S,R,R,R)-AHPC-Me serves as an E3 ligase ligand for MS4322 (isomer) (HY-141877B), which is an isomer of MS4322 (HY-141877). MS4322 is a PROTAC degrader that specifically targets PRMT5. MS4322 reduces PRMT5 protein levels in MCF-7 cells with a DC₅₀ of 1.1 μM, and it can be used in the research of breast cancer, lung cancer and liver cancer^[1].
