SDH-IN-49
SDH-IN-49 is a MoSDH inhibitor that inhibits SDH activity and disrupts the tricarboxylic acid cycle and respiratory chain electron transport. SDH-IN-49 exhibits antifungal activity against Magnaporthe oryzae (EC50 of 2.56 μg/mL). SDH-IN-49 can be used in research related to plant pathogenic fungi, such as Magnaporthe oryzae.

Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
SDH-IN-49 (compound Kc1) (1-50 μg/mL; 3-6 days) exhibits potent and specific antifungal activity against Magnaporthe oryzae, with an EC50 of 2.56 μg/mL[1].
SDH-IN-49 inhibits Magnaporthe oryzae succinate dehydrogenase (MoSDH) activity, with inhibition rates of 45.76% and 73.20% at 2.5 and 5 μg/mL, respectively[1].
SDH‑IN‑49 forms a complex with MoSDH that maintains a stable conformation throughout the entire 100 ns simulation, demonstrating strong binding affinity[1].
