CL-385319 is an N-substituted piperidine compound with inhibitory activity against H5N1 avian influenza A virus infection. CL-385319 exhibited an IC50 of 27.03±2.54 μM against infection of highly pathogenic H5N1 virus in Madin-Darby canine kidney cells (MDCK). CL-385319 had low cytotoxicity with a CC50 of 1.48 mM and was able to inhibit the entry of pseudoviruses carrying H5N1 strains from different sources, but had no inhibitory effect on the entry of VSV-G pseudotyped particles. Pseudoviruses with the M24A mutation in HA1 or the F110S mutation in HA2 were resistant to CL-385319, indicating that these two residues in the cavity region may be critical for the binding of CL-385319 .

ERNT is a fluorescent probe for monitoring endoplasmic reticulum (ER) polarity and detecting endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS) during the progression of dynamic liver injury. ERNT functions based on a donor-π-acceptor (D-π-A) structure with an intramolecular charge transfer (ICT) effect. ERNT has multiple excitation/emission pairs: for in vitro cell imaging, the green channel has Ex/Em = 488/500-550 nm, and the red channel has Ex/Em = 488/570-620 nm; for in vivo liver imaging, Ex/Em = 520/620 nm; for solvent optical tests, Ex = 470 nm, with the maximum emission peak at 548 nm in low-polarity toluene and 668 nm in high-polarity DMSO. ERNT can evaluate the efficacy of hepatoprotective interventions by detecting changes in ER polarity, and also exhibits excellent photostability and low cytotoxicity .

RR-171 is an amino acid polypeptide and an inhibitor of the Wnt signaling pathway. RR-171 reduces the expression levels of Wnt-1, GSK3β and β-catenin. RR-171 induces apoptosis (Apoptosis) in pancreatic cancer cells, which is characterized by an increased Bax/Bcl-2 ratio, activation of Caspase-3/7/9, and increased Cleaved-PARP; this pro-apoptotic effect can be partially reversed by Z-VAD-FMK (HY-16658B). RR-171 also induces pyroptosis (Pyroptosis) in pancreatic cancer cells, which is manifested by activation of the NLRP-3 inflammasome, activation of Caspase-1, cleavage of GSDMD, upregulation of IL-1β and IL-18, and increased LDH release; this pro-pyroptotic effect can be partially reversed by VX-765 (HY-13205). RR-171 inhibits the viability, proliferation and colony formation of pancreatic cancer cells, with low cytotoxicity against normal cells. RR-171 downregulates the expression of Ki-67 and PCNA in tumor tissues in vivo, with favorable biosafety. RR-171 can be used in studies related to pancreatic cancer .

ALK degrader 1 is a potent, hydrophobic tag (HyT)-based degrader that induces ubiquitin-proteasome system (UPS)-dependent EML4-ALK degradation (DC50 = 0.13 μM). ALK degrader 1 demonstrates potent ALK degradation and antiproliferative effects in ALK-dependent cell lines, while showing minimal cytotoxicity in ALK fusion-negative cells. ALK degrader 1 triggers cell cycle arrest at the G0/G1 phase and stimulates apoptosis. ALK degrader 1 not only facilitates efficient degradation of the ALK protein but also disrupts key downstream effectors, including the STAT3 signaling axis. ALK degrader 1 mediates robust EML4-ALK degradation in vivo. ALK degrader 1 can be used for ALK-related diseases research .

1,2,4-Trihydroxybenzene (Hydroxyhydroquinone) (Standard) is the analytical standard of 1,2,4-Trihydroxybenzene (HY-W010451). This product is intended for research and analytical applications. 1,2,4-Trihydroxybenzene (Hydroxyhydroquinone) is an ER stress inducer that targets proteins such as PKR-like ER kinase PERK to induce cytotoxicity. 1,2,4-Trihydroxybenzene selectively activates eIF2α phosphorylation, activates the PERK-eIF2α signaling pathway and induces stress granule formation. 1,2,4-Trihydroxybenzene subsequently exacerbates oxidative stress and causes DNA double-strand breaks, destroying organelles such as mitochondria and ER, and inducing cell death. 1,2,4-Trihydroxybenzene also has the potential to exhibit anti-tumor effect, increase blood pressure, and relieve spasm .
