MCE Pyrogen-Free Water is sterile-filtered ultrapure water with a bacterial endotoxin level of ≤0.005 EU/mL. It is free of nucleases, proteases, and other interfering substances. It is suitable for procedures sensitive to endotoxin contamination, including the dilution of working standards and test samples for bacterial endotoxin testing and the preparation of cell culture media and buffers.

MCE In Vitro Angiogenesis Basement Membrane Matrix (Ready-to-Use) is formulated in high-glucose DMEM and contains 50 μg/mL gentamicin. With an optimized formulation and working concentration, it requires no additional dilution or preparation and can be directly used for in vitro tube formation assays with HUVECs and other endothelial cells, supporting the establishment of in vitro angiogenesis models and related research.

MCE Cell Invasion Basement Membrane Matrix (Ready-to-Use) is formulated in high-glucose DMEM and contains 50 μg/mL gentamicin. With an optimized formulation and working concentration, it requires no additional dilution or preparation and can be directly used for Transwell cell invasion assays to establish an in vitro extracellular matrix barrier model for evaluating the invasive capacity and invasion potential of cells, particularly in studies of tumor cell invasion.
