DENV-IN-16 is a DENV2 E protein binding inhibitor with inhibitory activity against Dengue Virus. DENV-IN-16 blocks the attachment of viral particles to host cells and inhibits DENV attachment/entry at the early stage of the viral life cycle. DENV-IN-16 exhibits antiviral activity against DENV2, DENV1, DENV3, and DENV4, and shows protective efficacy in DENV2-infected AG129 mice. DENV-IN-16 can be used for research on dengue virus infection .
