2',3'-ddG(N-dmf) Phosphoramidite
2',3'-ddG(N-dmf) Phosphoramidite is a 2',3'-double deoxy-alkylamino monomer of guanine. The N²-amino group of the guanine outer ring is protected by dimethylmethylammonium. Compared with the traditional isobutyryl group, it can be deprotection under milder and faster conditions and reduce purine removal, and is specifically used to introduce G-type termination sites at the 3' end during solid-phase synthesis.
