Biological Activity
Guide (Following is our recommended protocol. This protocol only provides a guideline, and should be modified according to your specific needs).
1. Prepare the reserved liquid:
1.1 0.1% Brilliant Blue FCF stock solution was prepared in 85% lactic acid.
1.2 Filter through a 0.22-micron filter membrane.
2. Dye
2.1 The fungal and bacterial cell suspensions were adjusted to approximately 105 and 106 CFU/mL, respectively.
2.2 Bacterial or fungal suspensions of 600 μL were suspended with 100 μL dye solution, respectively.
2.3 The dye was applied to the fungal sample for 5 min.
2.4 The maximum absorption peak was observed at 628 nM by fluorescence microscopy.
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
