(3S,4S)-4-Hydroxy-3,6-dimethyl-3,4-dihydronaphthalen-1 (2H)-one is a tetralone derivative. (3S,4S)-4-Hydroxy-3,6-dimethyl-3,4-dihydronaphthalen-1 (2H)-one shows weak inhibitory activity against arachidonic acid-induced platelet aggregation, and exhibits no positive inotropic activity at the concentration of 10-5 g/mL.
