Biological Activity
Aβ aggregation-IN-6 (compound 4) stabilizes the Aβ dimer assembly via multiple polar and nonpolar interactions, with a CDOCKER interaction energy of -18.93 kcal/mol, to inhibit further Aβ aggregation[1].
Aβ aggregation-IN-6 (compound 4) binds to the Aβ steric-zipper assembly via multiple favorable interactions, with a CDOCKER interaction energy of -30.48 kcal/mol, to stabilize the assembly and reduce Aβ aggregate cytotoxicity[1].
