Anti-Mouse CD103 Antibody (M290) (M290-MC-MMAF, N290 conjugated with Maleimidocaproyl-monomethyl auristatin F) (0-10 μg/mL, 48 h) reduces and inhibits the proliferation of CD8+ T cells in splenic lymphocytes[3].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
Anti-Mouse CD103 Antibody (M290) (1 mg at 1 day after T cell reconstitution and 0.5 mg twice a week for 8 weeks, i.p.) abrogates suppression of colitis by CD4+CD45RBlow T cells in colitis mice models[2].
Anti-Mouse CD103 Antibody (M290) (M290-MC-MMAF, M290 conjugated with Maleimidocaproyl-monomethyl auristatin F) (3 mg/kg, i.p., at days 1, 3 and 5) promotes pancreatic islet allograft survival in diabetic C57BL/6 mice[3].

-
Animal Model:BALB/c islet allografts were transplanted into diabetic C57BL/6 mice[3]
-
Dosage:3 mg/kg (M290-MC-MMAF, N290 conjugated with Maleimidocaproyl-monomethyl auristatin F)
-
Administration:Intraperitoneally injection, at days 1, 3 and 5
-
Result:Prolonged islet allograft survival (>60 days).
Revealed that fewer immune cells infiltrated the islet allografts.
Showed more residual islets and an insulin-positive mass in the grafts.
Prevented leukocyte infiltration and increased insulin secretion.
Eliminated the CD8+CD103+ T-cell subpopulation.
Reduced the levels of IL-4, IL-6, and TNF-α.
Unconjugated
The product can be reconstituted/diluted with sterile PBS or saline.
