Anti-Mouse DKK3 Antibody (DKK3-4.22) is an anti-mouse DKK3 IgG1 monoclonal antibody. Anti-Mouse DKK3 Antibody (DKK3-4.22) can improve kidney function and increases T cell infiltration. Anti-Mouse DKK3 Antibody (DKK3-4.22) can reduce skin inflammation by blocking the immunosuppressive function of DKK3. Anti-Mouse DKK3 Antibody (DKK3-4.22) can be used for researches on inflammation conditions such as unilateral ureteral obstruction (UUO) and experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE).

Anti-Mouse DKK3 Antibody (DKK3-4.22) (500 μg, i.p., once weekly, for 3 times) can block the immunosuppressive function of DKK3 in transgenic Ker-MBP mice with an experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) model[2].

Animal Model:Male C57BL/6 mice with an UUO model (8-12 weeks)[1]

Dosage:Initial dose 1 mg, followed by 0.5 mg

Administration:Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), once every 3 days, for 21 days

Result:Significantly reduced renal tubular atrophy and interstitial fibrosis.
Increased the infiltration of T cells in the kidneys.

Animal Model:MBP peptide segment (200 μg) and pertussis toxin (200 ng) induced transgenic Ker-MBP mice[2]

Dosage:500 μg, pretreated with diphenylcycloprenone (DPCP) ( Initial dose 2 % solution followed by 0.1-0.5 % solution, once weekly, for 4 times)

Administration:Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), once weekly for 3 times

Result:Eliminated the alleviating effect of DPCP on EAE symptoms.
