In Vitro

Antibacterial agent 347 (25 μg/mL starting concentration; 24 h) potently and selectively inhibits Streptococcus mutans ATCC 25175 growth with an MIC of 1.56 μg/mL and an MBC of 3.12 μg/mL, while showing no activity against seven other tested bacterial strains[1].
Antibacterial agent 347 (MIC/2-MIC/8; 24 h) exhibits dose-dependent anti-biofilm activity against Streptococcus mutans at sub-MIC concentrations, with significant biofilm formation reduction at MIC/2, MIC/4, and MIC/8[1].
Antibacterial agent 347 (25 μg/mL; 5 days) inhibits mycelium growth of Alternaria alternata ATCC 6663 by 42.50%, Fusarium moniliforme NRRL 2374 by 33.81%, Botrytis cinerea AHU 9424 by 26.30%, and shows minimal inhibition (1.12%) of Fusarium culmorum NRRL 3288 at 25 μg/mL[1].
