Antiparasitic agent-14 (compound 27) shows cytotoxicity and antiparasitic activity with a CC50 value of 295.6 µM for RAW 264.7 cells, IC50 value of 1.5, 0.89 µM for trypomastigote and amastigote forms of Trypanosoma cruzi (T. cruzi), respectively[1].
Antiparasitic agent-14 shows antiparasitic activity against promastigote and amastigote forms of Leishmania amazonensis (L. amazonensis) with IC50 value of 22.4, 5.70 µM, respectively[1].
