Atractylenolide II is an orally effective anticancer agent that can exert anti-melanoma effects by inhibiting the STAT3 signaling pathway. In addition, Atractylenolide II has been shown to ameliorate myocardial fibrosis, oxidative stress, and neuroprotective activity.
