AX-202 (8-16 mg/kg, i.p., once every 3 days for 3 weeks; 24 mg/kg, i.v., once weekly for 3 weeks) exhibits antifibrotic and anti-inflammatory effects in a bleomycin (HY-108345)-induced skin fibrosis model^[1].

Animal Model:	C57BL/6J (male, 6 weeks old, bleomycin-induced skin fibrosis)^[1]
Dosage:	8 mg/kg; 16 mg/kg; 24 mg/kg
Administration:	i.p.; every third day; 3 weeks (8, 16 mg/kg); i.v.; once weekly; 3 weeks (24 mg/kg)
Result:	Reduced dermal thickness, myofibroblast count and collagen accumulation. Induced regression of pre-established fibrosis. Downregulated the number of phosphorylated STAT3-positive cells and tenascin-C staining intensity with good tolerability in bleomycin-induced skin fibrosis C57BL/6J male mice.

Biological Activity

Flow cytometric analysis of 1X10⁶ Jurkat cells labeling AX-202 (HY-P991363, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. AF 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG4 kappa (HY-P99003, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
Immobilized N-hFChuS100A4 can bind AX-202. The EC₅₀ for this effect is 55.38 ng/mL.
