HT-22 is a mouse Neuron transformed cell line derived from Brain, hippocampus. HT-22 is highly sensitive to glutamate-induced neuronal toxicity. HT-22 is used to investigate PI3K-AKT signaling, AKT signaling, MAPK signaling, p53 signaling, Hippo signaling, and ferroptosis in a controlled cellular system.
