L-540 is a human cancer cell line derived from Bone marrow and associated with Hodgkin lymphoma. L-540 is immortalized or transformed by Epstein-Barr virus (EBV). L-540 is used as an in vitro model of Hodgkin lymphoma to investigate cell proliferation and gene-expression regulation.
