M109 is a mouse cancer cell line derived from Lung and associated with Malignant tumors of the mouse pulmonary system. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. M109 is used as an in vitro model of Malignant tumors of the mouse pulmonary system to investigate tumor-cell growth, cell survival, and pharmacological response.
