Definition:
Maver1 is a human cancer cell line derived from Peripheral blood and associated with Mantle cell lymphoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. Maver1 is used as an in vitro model of Mantle cell lymphoma to investigate apoptosis, drug resistance, and nanoparticle uptake and toxicity.
