MC-38 is a mouse cancer cell line derived from Colon and associated with Mouse colon adenocarcinoma. MC-38 is immortalized or transformed by 1,2-dimethylhydrazine (DMH). MC-38 is used as an in vitro model of Mouse colon adenocarcinoma to investigate tumor-cell growth, cell survival, and pharmacological response.
