Definition:

MOLM-13 is a human cancer cell line derived from Peripheral blood and associated with Adult acute monocytic leukemia and Myelodysplastic syndrome. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. MOLM-13 is used as an in vitro model of Adult acute monocytic leukemia and Myelodysplastic syndrome to investigate p53 signaling, cell proliferation, and drug resistance.
