Definition:
ONS-76 is a human cancer cell line derived from Brain and associated with Medulloblastoma, SHH-activated, TP53-wildtype and Medulloblastoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. ONS-76 is used as an in vitro model of Medulloblastoma, SHH-activated, TP53-wildtype and Medulloblastoma to investigate MAPK signaling, apoptosis, autophagy, cell proliferation, cell migration, and gene-expression regulation.
