Definition:

SCC-7 is a mouse cancer cell line derived from Abdominal wall and associated with Mouse squamous cell carcinoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. SCC-7 is used as an in vitro model of Mouse squamous cell carcinoma to investigate cellular metabolism and nanoparticle uptake and toxicity.
