SUP-B15 is a human cancer cell line derived from Bone marrow and associated with q11.2) BCR-ABL1 and q11.2). Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. SUP-B15 is used as an in vitro model of q11.2) BCR-ABL1 and q11.2) to investigate apoptosis, cell proliferation, and hypoxic responses.
