SW1990 is a human Epithelial cell of pancreas-derived cancer cell line derived from Spleen and associated with Pancreatic adenocarcinoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. SW1990 is used as an in vitro model of Pancreatic adenocarcinoma to investigate TGF-β signaling, apoptosis, and cell migration.
