Definition:
TE-10 is a human cancer cell line derived from Esophagus and associated with Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and Squamous cell carcinoma of the esophagus. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. TE-10 is used as an in vitro model of Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and Squamous cell carcinoma of the esophagus to investigate cell migration.
