YAPC is a human cancer cell line derived from Ascites and associated with Pancreatic carcinoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. YAPC is used as an in vitro model of Pancreatic carcinoma to investigate ERK signaling, cell migration, and drug resistance.
