Bz-DTPA hydrochloride conjugated with hEGF forms [¹¹¹In]Bz‑DTPA‑hEGF (approximately 0.4 μg per mouse; intravenous injection; single‑dose administration), which accelerates blood clearance in normal NMRI mice, markedly reduces radioactivity accumulation in kidneys and bones, and exhibits receptor‑mediated uptake in the liver and pancreas^[1].
Bz-DTPA hydrochloride‑derived ¹¹¹In‑Bz‑DOTA‑ABD‑(Z_HER2:342)₂ (total protein 20 μg, containing 30 kBq; subcutaneous injection) exhibits specific and time‑dependent uptake in LS174T colorectal carcinoma xenografts of Balb/c nu/nu mice^[2].
