In Vitro

YRLGRW (as YRLGRWC) (15 mg peptide immobilized on 0.5 mL gel; 1 h) has minimal affinity for collagen II α1 from bovine cartilage extracellular matrix, unlike the native WYRGRL peptide which binds specifically^[1].
