CM355
CM355 (ICP-B02) is a CD20/CD3 bispecific IgG4 antibody. CM355 exhibits asymmetric affinity binding to CD20 and CD3. CM355 does not bind to Fcγ receptors (FcγR), which is designed to reduce the risk of cytokine release. CM355 can be used for research on B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
