SMILES: OC(C1=CC=C(O)C=C1)CN/C(NS(C)(=O)=O)=N\CCSCC2=CC=C(CNC)O2
Biological Activity: Osutidine is a selective histamine H2 receptor antagonist, can effectively inhibit histamine-stimulated gastric acid secretion. Osutidine does not affect [14C]aminopyrine accumulation stimulated by carbachol or dibutyryl-cAMP. Osutidine is insurmountable and includes non-competitive inhibition. Osutidine can be used for the study of gastric mucosal injury[1][2].
