DPEP3 is a glycosyl phosphatidylinositol anchored metallopeptidase that is overexpressed in ovarian tumors. Tamrintamab can specifically bind DPEP3-expressing cells to produce cytotoxicity. Tamrintamab can be used in ovarian cancer research[1][2].
