Biological Activity: CVRARTR is a programmed cell death ligand-1 (PD-L1) antagonist with a KD of 281 nM. CVRARTR induces the internalization of PD-L1 and downregulates PD-L1 on the cell surface. CVRARTR restores cytokine secretion and T cell proliferation in cell CT26. CVRARTR exhibits antitumor efficacy against in CT26 homograft mouse model. CVRARTR can be used in melanoma research[1][2].
