CVRARTR
Based on 1 Customer Validation
CVRARTR is a programmed cell death ligand-1 (PD-L1) antagonist with a KD of 281 nM. CVRARTR induces the internalization of PD-L1 and downregulates PD-L1 on the cell surface. CVRARTR restores cytokine secretion and T cell proliferation in cell CT26. CVRARTR exhibits antitumor efficacy against in CT26 homograft mouse model. CVRARTR can be used in melanoma research.

Biological Activity
CVRARTR (25 μM) has a stronger binding ability to MDA-MB231 cells with high PD-L1 expression than to MCF7 cells with low PD-L1 expression[1].
CVRARTR can increase the secretion of cytokines IFN-γ, TNF-α, and granzyme B, promote T cell proliferation, and enhance tumor cell lysis in T cells co-cultured with B16F10-OVA melanoma cells[1].
CVRARTR (24 h) promotes the proliferation of T lymphocytes co-cultured with 4T1 cells[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
