Biological Activity: PSMA-azide is a prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) ligand. PSMA-azide inhibits PSMA-dependent NAAG (N-acetylaspartylglutamic acid) hydrolysis, with an IC50 of 9 nM and a Ki of 1 nM. PSMA-azide contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups[1].
