NAMPT activator-3 effectively protects cultured cells from FK866 (HY-50876)-mediated toxicity. NAMPT activator-3 exhibits strong neuroprotective efficacy in a chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN) mouse model without any overt toxicity[1].
